Retaliator Bomber Captians and Crewman/men

Looking for Crew members to join The Mechanicus's anti-captial ship bomber squadron as part of our "Battlefleet Royal"
Some Retaliators may be issuable from the Org hanger others will be Captained. Current owners also welcome.

Ideal Qualifications: 

The ability to stay in character would be nice and familiarity with the Warhammer 40k universe and Tabletop RPGs would help but is not required.
Piloting in case of pilot death as well as Ship repair experience would be a great asset.
FPS experience to help repel boarders would also be handy.

Required Qualifications: 

FPS accuracy and Turret experience would be most helpful. The ability to "Learn the Position" if these skills have not been developed :) .
