The refinery operator controls the routing of ore to a variety of specialized processing units, each of which has a different role to play in the separation of one material from another. Operator errors in the refinement process can cause sensitive equipment to fail, stalling the conversion process and costing valuable time.

Operations will occur a few days a week during the evening from 9 pm to 11 pm ET (America/New-York). Days of operations are still to be determined.

This is an officer position, and as such will be remunerated solely via profit sharing. While non-officer crews (i.e. NPC) are remunerated at a fixed rate based on skill set, officers are compensated by participating in sharing of the net profit from the operation (i.e. profit left after paying expenses; such as non-officer crews, fuels, and repairs). I proud myself in being fair and as such offer equal split (with participation time weighted) amongst the officers, after retaining 10% for ownership of the ship.
